This monkey should be made Speaker of the House! Would be a gigantic improvement over Pelosi.
We have no trouble catching the schemer who ditched his plane over the Florida panhandle, but we can't catch the monkey. As TR would say in _Night at the Museum_, "Who's more evolved?"
