What about the sociopathic HOA Board Member(s) and their associates who do far worse. Whose job is it to prosecute them?
Word has it that generally, The Attorney General's Office, in each given state/commonwealth will not prosecute unless the local DA will investigate, and take action. What are the chances this will happen. Sounds like the foxes guarding the hen houses, again, to me. My experience is that this is generally truthful info. This is an injustice that needs to be rectified.
I believe Rep. Conyers and Sen. Leahy were going to investigate and work on these HOA outrages a few years back. Recall, Taffy and Andy Rice, and their trip to DC? The meetings, photos, the promises...
Can anyone expect Rep. Conyers to be truthful? I would suspect his wife would be the first he would influence. I guess NOT!
