I am sick of them too! I live next to employee of the HOA for 17 years, and the abuse of power is too much! Neigbor actually tried to get me to fix their home--what a joke! HOA Architectural Inspector told me it was the grading, but the HOA said I should hire an engineer at my own cost to figure out what thier employees problem was. ?????? Well, the neighbors finally fixed thier own F-ing problem, once I began to question what it was doing to my home after years of their neglect! Forget living in an HOA, I feel like I live with the HOA! Are you F-ing kidding me! NEVER AGAIN! NOTHING BUT F-ING THIEVES!
