How interesting that the U.S. worked to destroy Indian populations and then cordoned them off to tribal territories.

Today, government is trying to force everyone into a local tribe. Unlike historical characterizations, your tribe is determined by geography rather than by ethnicity. The mechanism is known as an HOA. By this mechanism you cannot escape a tribe by virtue of bloodline. The only issue is what tribe you must involuntarily be a member of.
