In December, Kent Arndt – a stay-at-home father of three and former Hidden Valley Lake Association (HVLA) employee – submitted a complaint to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), alleging discrimination under the federal Fair Housing Act."

GOOD! LONG OVERDUE! In my opinion, every state should be opening investigations via US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the states Attorney General's Office (for potential criminal charges). Far too many of these groups who single out, target, discriminate, practice hate crimes and fabricated lawsuits to foreclose need to be stopped and held accountable, no matter who they are and no matter who/where their "friends" are. No foxes guarding the hen houses!
