Just to bring some perspective to this whole issue of civil liberties in the US--we may not be perfect, and we may not be going in the right direction all the time, but at least this kind of thing doesn't happen here. And please don't tell me anything like this happened to you in your HOA, because it didn't.

Of course if Huckabee gets elected things could really change for the better as he advocates rewriting the Constitution to make it more compliant with biblical law.
If we're reduced to comparing ourselves favorably with Saudi Arabia, it's a sign that our rights in this country have catastrophically deteriorated.
