Welcome to life under some homeowners associations.But take note: Two Aurora Democrats are scheduled to introduce legislation early this week that would lift restrictions, including on landscaping and displays. The bill, by Sen. Bob Hagedorn and newcomer Rep. Morgan Carroll, also addresses association liens, board meetings and insurance issues.
