Attorneys discuss rights to pooping in public after "Mad Pooper" video release - KRDO

I've heard many people talk about their rights as neighbors and residents and homeowners. Satellite dishes, flags, fences, pets, parking, pools, religious symbols, Halloween decorations...I thought I'd heard it all. But no. Is there a right to poop on your neighbor's lawn? Ask this lawyer, because he says his client has that right. Coming to an HOA near you? I hope not.

H.O.A. corporations have been s****ing on homeowners for decades.

The H.O.A. industry claims that “the owners are the association”, and that “by definition, the association are the owners”.

Or, as Tyler Berding put it, H.O.A corporations — acting through their officers, managers, and attorneys — are just doing “the messy jobs for us so we can all just be neighbors".

Therefore, when an H.O.A. corporation s***s on a homeowner, it’s really just all of the other owners s****ing on their neighbor.

Its a Dirty Job, but Somebody’s Got to Do It.
