Thanks to Rodney Gray for this link. This makes 26 convictions so far, and the US Attorney is now going to seek grand jury indictments of as many as 12 more. There is one more indictment that is implied: the indictment of residential private government as an institution that is inadequately supervised and very fragile.

And yet our policy makers and pundits insist on preserving the sinking ships called "community associations", even though they're going to take millions of homeowners (and trillions of dollars) down with them.
Anyone who suggests getting rid of the damn things is branded as radical and irresponsible, because HOAs are Too Big To Fail ™.
