Sorry, Art XXVI, section 32(A)(14)(p)clearly states that all houses must be ground level due to insurance issues.
You have choosen a select few of your members to decide aesthetic values for you, like only shades of white or tan are permitted, no children amenities, no bright, happy colors, etc. Be happy in your home protected by your ever watchful HOA.
