I think every architectural review committee in an HOA/COA/CID in America should make toilet bowls and pedestal sinks the newest trend in lawn decor. Many of these groups are lawless, justice-less, codependent, abusive, threats to physical and psychological health.... A "concept," that allows for no consumer protections, homelessness, discrimination, hate crimes, terrorizing, fraud, fraudulent-greed driven foreclosures and extortion, etc.. In the toilet, or down the drain...would be a start! Funny thing is, no one wants to talk about it: the abusive groups and fraudulent foreclosures, advise potential home buyers. or change the laws and rectify the victims, etc...
