King Charles II decreed there must be at least six ravens otherwise a disaster would strike the nation and the Royal Family. And up to now, bosses have kept just one spare bird in residence to act as a “super sub”. But with the UK facing credit crunch meltdown, they ruled an extra four must now be acquired."
