It's a cute headline, but it's indicative of an attitude that has continually vexed me during political discussions. While I'm not an anarchist, I am a libertarian, and the popular conceptions of one bleed into the other. Namely, the headline expresses the idea that, without organization imposed by force via government, we couldn't do something a simple as assemble a group of people. Anarchism is a rejection of government, not organization. We simply do not (usually) need the former to achieve the latter.
