Gatlinburg, TN? This could be one of the biggest TN HOA cases EVER?
If there is a way to get a hold of this owner, as I sure would like to send him the 3rd District Appellate Court Order that WAyne Hyatt helped me get in December 2000 which is directly on point -- and was on the front page of the CAI Law Reporter February 2001.
Ironically, I spent more a few vacations (as a child) in Gatlinburg... as my Grandparents lived in a little old railroad town called "Oakdale,TN."
Maybe it's a sign?
After spending 12 years fighting assessments that have been declared illegal, null, and void (at Oak Run in Dahinda, Illinois) I can certainly feel this man's pain -- and I would love to help him find a competent attorney!
