A new approach to NIMBYism
Fred Pilot sent this along with the heading, "They shoot condos, don't they?"
TOKYO (Reuters) - A Japanese man angry that a new apartment building put his house in the shade was arrested after shooting about a dozen bullets at it with a competition rifle.

Interesting subtitle. What would it have been if it was Trump Towers; "Irate homeowner fires shots at Comb-over King"? Being a condo is only the legal form of site ownership, not something that has to do with the taking of air rights, normally regulated in Japan by the municipality. They irate man obviously disliked the decision to grant his "sunrights" to the developer, whether it was Trump or Ichicashu.
